Revalidation is an important way for the NMC/GMC to ensure workers are up to date and practising safely.
About Our Revalidation
The NMC introduced Revalidation for nurses to ensure high standards of
nursing care in the UK. Every nurse and midwife will undergo revalidation
every 3 years to ensure that nurses are keeping up to date with their
speciality to ensure safe and effective practice.
Nurses who have Revalidated can be confident in providing a high level of
care to their patients, this then assists with their career development.
