Starting his recruitment journey 2011 as a candidate attraction specialist, Basit has started from the bottom and worked his way to the very top of the ladder so understanding what all staffing levels need is easily relatable to this Director. Since his journey started he has had to adapt to frameworks, rate changes and of course global pandemics but without these factors he wouldn't be the person he is today.
