Key Responsibilities:

- Crisis Intervention: Respond promptly to mental health crises, providing appropriate interventions and support.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
- Patient Support: Offer counselling, emotional support, and guidance to patients and their families.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse (RMN): Must hold a valid nursing qualification and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in the UK.
- Experience in Mental Health Nursing: Previous experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing is essential.
- Compassionate Care: Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
